Your Impact 

As an Account Manager at Air IT, you’ll be the catalyst for client growth and satisfaction. You’ll use a consultative approach to create bespoke solutions, nurture relationships, boost retention, and spot opportunities for clients to maximise their potential with us. 

What You Bring 

  • Background in account management, ideally in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider environment
  • Talent for building trust and sparking long-term partnerships
  • Commercial awareness and solid B2B sales abilities
  • Proven track record of smashing sales goals
  • Energy and adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing digital landscape
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital workflows
